A : After you login to your account, you will see the package you have purchased and listing information you have entered so far. You may go to “Add New Listing” to continue and/or start add new listing.

Q : What happen after I select the product(s) that I would like to purchase?
A : You than be prompted to our shopping cart system. You will be asked to enter the credit card information. By hitting the “Submit Order”, your credit card will be charged. Q : Will I be contacted regarding production of the artwork of my advertisement?
A : Yes, each Advertiser of Chinese411.com will be assigned to a sales representative in order to further complete the processing of their artwork. Such service is part of the customer service Chinese411.com provided to the Advertisers. However, production of the Artwork is not included and be quoted separately when necessary.

Q : When will my advertisement be uploaded?
A : As soon as the artwork/art proof is approved by Advertiser, it will be uploaded to Chinese411.com. Any and all advertisement is good for 15 months and be deactivate when the 15-month term is expired, unless such ad is other renewed, or purchased again. The 15-month term includes all processing and production time of Artwork. Three(3) addition months of term is given to the original twelve(12) months of any product/package Advertiser purchases as a courtesy and for artwork production purpose. Advertiser’s contract provides Advertiser’s advertisement to be posted a minimum of Twelve(12) months, Advertiser will be charged for any addition advertising beyond the 12 months and within the 15-month term.
